One of the best flooring solutions that CDS recommend is an epoxy or urethane flooring system.  Our epoxy & urethane flooring system comes in varied applications depending on what you and our designers feel your floor will need. Epoxy flooring makes use of resin and hardening compounds that work together to form a very strong adhesive bond to your surface. Some of these two-component flooring systems that we apply are waterproof Urethane membranes. We apply this system to prevent water seepage through your concrete surfaces or wood decks that may have living or storage space below, thus waterproofing that suspended structure from potential water or moisture penetration passing through the surface resulting in water or mildew damage to your valuables down below.

CDS also provides high-end concrete sealer coatings that give a concrete surface that smooth Concrete Polished finish. This cutting-edge concrete design system takes your plain floors and transforms them into a shiny and smooth surface that is easy to maintain. In addition, concrete polishing is a decorative flooring solution that can greatly improve the overall appearance, as well as Low Maintenance of your home or office space.

Hi. Our townhouse in downtown Salt Lake City has a 2.5-car garage with a rough concrete floor that’s impossible to clean, unless using a high pressure wash that we have to hire the property manager to do. It was built without a drain, so muddy snow that drips from the vehicles leaves mud puddles that eventually dry up but are teally hard to clean or even sweep once it’s dry. We’re interested in re-surfacing it and are getting a few quotes from companies we’ve heard about from friends. Yours is one of them. If someone is available to come have a look and give us ideas and an estimate, we’d appreciate it. Thank you!
